1. Prior to printing ?refers to the pre-printing work, generally
refers to photography, design, production, typesetting, output film proofing;
2. printing ?refers to the process of printing the
finished product through the printing press;
3. post printing ?
refers to the post-printing work, generally refers to the post-processing of
printed matter including glue (film), over UV?oil, beer, bronzing, punch, mounting, binding,
cutting and so on, mostly used in publicity and packaging printing.
The production of printed matter, generally through
the selection or design of the original manuscript, the original production,
printing plate drying, printing, printing after processing and other five
processes.
That is to say, first select or design the manuscript
suitable for book printing, and then process the graphic and text information of
the original manuscript, and make the original version for drying or engraving.
At the end, the printing plate is installed on the
printing machine, and the ink is coated on the printing plate surface by the
ink conveying system.
Nowadays, people often refer
to the design of the original manuscript, graphic and text information
processing, plate making collectively as pre-press processing, and the process
of transferring ink on the plate to the substrate is called printing, so the
completion of such a print needs to go through the process of pre-press
processing, printing, post-press processing and so on.
